EcoVadis is one of the largest and most recognized providers of holistic ratings in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability. The rating is based on a multi-stage process that includes a self-disclosure, a document review and a news monitoring which is ultimately evaluated by experts. 

In the assessment, our performance in the areas of environment and labor & human rights was particularly recognized. Especially our own generation of green electricity, the responsible handling of hazardous substances and the implementation of recycling concepts were commended. In addition, the general management of occupational safety and employee development was praised. This puts the plant in at least the top 8% of comparable companies in three of the four assessment categories. 

Carcoustics is excited about the recognition of its efforts in the transition to a sustainable development and its place in the international ranking. The company will build on the result and not only further improve the performance of the Belgian plant, but also transfer its sustainable approach to the entire Carcoustics Group.
