Central Laboratory

The Central Laboratory – service department of CC TechConsult GmbH – advises our customers on material development, characterisation of materials and materials processing during the development of marketable products.

The Central Laboratory is a strategic partner for innovative products and implements the individual requirements of the customers during the development and construction of prototypes.

We analyze individual components as well as complete component systems and test them against customer specifications and technological standards during the development phase and during series production start-up.

The Central Laboratory has a variety of testing to assess the material and product characteristics: Physical-mechanical tests, thermal tests, instrumental analysis, 3D metrology and thermography. We also cooperate closely with accredited service suppliers.

Besides advising on and the carrying out of any materials testing in the interior or engine compartment of road vehicles, the Central Laboratory offers support in the use of the International Material Data System (IMDS), a requirement of the automobile industry.
