We will train you as a commercial all-rounder! They pass through all relevant departments such as purchasing, sales, operations control, materials planning, customer service, quality assurance, logistics, financial accounting, human resources and corporate communications. You will be integrated into the business processes of Carcoustics on a daily basis - from the production of our products to the sale of our products - and thus get to know the life of a manufacturing company.
It is important to us not only to be able to offer our trainees a well-structured training plan, but also intensive and personal support. It is our aim to involve our junior staff at an early stage in responsible and important tasks that you will get to know within the framework of independent projects (e. g. the organisation of the Christmas party) or by participating in internal workshops or events. Each of our junior staff members is trained individually and strength-oriented in order to facilitate an optimal career entry after passing the final examination. The aim of our comprehensive training concept is to develop you into a valuable talent based on your strength to develop.
Learning and gaining experience through exchange and networking. At our training locations you will be integrated into a young and dynamic Young Talents network. Regular network meetings, joint sports activities or meetings are gladly organised and lived here.
