Training & Education

Carcoustics wants to provide its employees with the best possible support at all stages of their career path - as a multiple award-winning training company, an open point of contact for internships and study-related activities, and an active promoter of continuous further development. Our talent management program "Ways" and access to thousands of educational courses from our partners such as OpenSesame enable individual development and regular communication of current training content.

 

Health & Safety

Since July 2020, all Carcoustics sites have been certified to the new ISO 45001, which provides the basis for developing comprehensive strategies to improve occupational safety and minimize risks. Our 1000-man quota has reduced by nearly 35% since 2015 and well represents our consistent approach to prevention and rework. In response to the Covid 19 pandemic, we formed local and global Corona teams to reduce the risk of infection for all employees as much as possible.

 

Social Commitment

Carcoustics is also committed to social projects and institutions around our locations beyond our actual business activities. For several years, we have supported promotional projects such as "Girl's Day," fundraising campaigns such as the "Sterntaler" campaign for disadvantaged children and senior citizens, and social institutions such as a children's hospice.
