Carcoustics Austria, with its two Austrian locations, has been named "Top Employer Austria" for the second time this year. The TechCenter in Rankweil and the production site in Klaus were particularly successful in the areas of talent management and the promotion of Young Talents.
The award was presented on 12.02.2019 at the festive Certification Dinner. Every year, the Top Employers Institute honors companies that excel in their personnel management and strategy.
Ulrich Brode, HR Manager Carcoustics Austria in Klaus, and Martina Draxl, HR Manager at TechCenter Rankweil, are happy about the certification: "We focus above all on the development of Young Talents and the advancement of our employees. It's great that this commitment has been honored with the award." By promoting its own talents, Carcoustics is countering the general shortage of specialists.
