The Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH was awarded by the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Köln) for the important contribution to promoting cross-border mobility in professional training.

On December 2nd 2019, the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Köln), as representative of the nationwide network "Professional Training without Borders", for the first time certified companies that have made it possible for their trainees and specialists to spend time abroad in the years 2018 and 2019.  The Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce honored the special commitment of the companies with a certificate and the "Professional Training without Borders" seal.

"We are delighted about the certificate and the nationwide recognition!”, says Lisa Roß, HR Manager Young Talents at the location in Leverkusen: “During the recruiting process in the Young Talents area, the growing interest in a stay abroad within the professional training is becoming more and more important. Our international opportunities definitely make us an attractive training company!”

The training concept of Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH has developed strongly due to the requirements and interests as well as the close cooperation with the mobility consultancy of the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry - especially in the field of mobility. The increased focus on international deployment and flexibility as a training company is reflected in the performance and positive feedback of the trainees.  Carcoustics has already sent five trainees and thirteen dual students to its international locations from 2014 to the present.

Also in the future Carcoustics wants to focus on an international, professional education and wants to expand their trainee concept.
