Carcoustics receives IHK award for outstanding performance in Young Talents training

  • One of the company's apprentices was honoured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Cologne (IHK) for his outstanding achievements in his training as an industrial clerk.
  • Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH was also honoured as a particularly good training company within the scope of the best award.

One apprentice of Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH was honoured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for his outstanding achievements in his training as an industrial clerk. Carcoustics was also honored as a training company within the framework of the Best Award. For the technology-oriented company headquartered in Leverkusen, Germany, this is the second award from the IHK. All trainees from North Rhine-Westphalia with a final grade of "very good" and their training companies were invited to the ceremony on October 29, 2018. Lisa Roß, responsible for Young Talents at the Leverkusen location, accepted the award on behalf of Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH.

At Carcoustics, Young Talents undergo a structured, individual and comprehensive training plan. The additional participation in challenging projects, workshops and seminars as well as the opportunity to spend a period abroad within the framework of the Erasmus+Mobility programme promote professional and personal development. Lisa Roß, responsible for Young Talents at the Leverkusen location, is pleased with the appreciation: "We prepare our Young Talents for a successful graduation and a successful start to their careers. It is great that on the one hand the motivated performance of our trainees and on the other hand our commitment as a company is appreciated in this way.”

The aim of the training management at Carcoustics is to train Young Talents in a strength-oriented manner through individual and intensive support. The company is currently training 22 Young Talents in six different professions: in the apprenticeship of industrial clerks and warehouse specialists and the dual study courses in the fields of Business Administration - Controlling & Consulting, Industrial Engineering - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering - Production and Logistics, IMBIT - Business Informatics.
