Particularly in difficult economic times, it is important to make a social contribution. The Carcoustics employees at the Leverkusen location therefore started a fundraising campaign in favor of the "Tafel".

The majority of the receipts were handed over to the Leverkusen Tafel in the form of a food donation.
"The many non-perishable food items help us to fill our warehouse and provide for families," says Gudrun Schramm, from Leverkusener Tafel e.V.: "We very much appreciate the contribution from the employees and the organization by Carcoustics - thank you very much!"

The "Tafel" organizations strive to strike a balance. Their goal is to ensure that all qualitatively sound food that can no longer be used in the economic process is distributed to those in need. In this way, the Tafel institutions help many people to get through a difficult time and thus give them motivation for the future. Every year, the Tafel rescues around 265,00 tons of food, which is given to over 1.6 million people.
