Carcoustics Valencia was awarded the gold medal in the EcoVadis Sustainability Rating! The plant was able to convince with above-average performance in three of the four categories and thus belongs to the 7% of the best rated companies in the industry.

EcoVadis is one of the largest and most recognized providers of holistic ratings in the area of corporate responsibility and sustainability. The rating is based on a multi-stage process including self-reporting, document review and message monitoring, which is finally analyzed by experts.

Carcoustics' strengths include comprehensive policies for communicating our values, as well as the areas of working conditions and safety, employee programs and diversity, and measures to prevent compliance violations. In the area of the environment, the handling of waste and water as well as the new photovoltaic system, which will almost completely cover the plant's daily electricity requirements in the future, are particularly convincing.

Carcoustics is pleased about the recognition of its efforts in the transition to sustainable development and its place in the international ranking. The company wants to build on the result and not only further improve the performance of the Spanish plant, but also transfer the overall sustainable approach to the globally active Group as a whole.
