Change in the Management Board of Carcoustics

  • Dr. Schwibinger, the previous CEO of the Carcoustics Group, wants to pursue new professional opportunities and hands over his post to Axel Schulmeyer (photo).
  • Axel Schulmeyer is the new CEO of Carcoustics with effect from August, 1st 2019. He has a longtime experience in the automotive sector and has been member of the advisory board of the company for two years.
  • The management board now exists of Axel Schulmeyer (CEO) and Georg Brasch (CFO).

Leverkusen, August 1st 2019

After three active and engaged years after the sale of Carcoustics to the Dare Group, the previous CEO, Dr. Peter Schwibinger, wants to pursue new professional opportunities and contribute his broad international experience to new challenges and projects.

The position of the CEO will therefore be taken over by Axel Schulmeyer from August, 1st 2019. He has been member of the Advisory Board for two years and has a longtime experience within the automotive sector. The management board is now consisting of Mr. Schulmeyer (CEO) and Mr. Brasch (CFO).
