Internship from Germany to the USA - with Carcoustics and the support program "Training Worldwide"

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research´s "Training Worldwide” funding programme provides financial support for practice-oriented, worldwide stays abroad during vocational training.

At the beginning of this year, Carcoustics carried out a pilot project in cooperation with Spitzke S.E., one of the most efficient and competitive rail infrastructure companies. With the help of the support programme, Carcoustics was able to offer an industrial clerk from Spitzke S.E. an eight-week internship abroad at the Carcoustics site in Howell.

Sonja, 21, got to know the quality department at the plant and she was able to actively participate in the team and projects: "All employees were super open-minded, helpful and simply totally nice - I really felt like home! The employees of Carcoustics took a lot of time for me and taught me a lot in the short time. I was able to gain valuable experience and also culturally learn a lot. I appreciate the new experiences and insights that I was able to gain and I like to think back on all the wonderful experiences and encounters that I had with and through Carcoustics!

Carcoustics attaches great importance to the development of its junior staff and is happy to offer them international experience in the exciting automotive industry. If you are also interested in an internship, an apprenticeship, a dual study program or writing your thesis at Carcoustics, please contact our Young Talents Manager Lisa Roß (liross@carcoustics.com) or visit our career page.
